Octavia Sanger's directorial debut was in 2021 with the Amazon Prime documentary, 'Life in Lockdown' for which she received much interest following her interview on BBC News. Since then she has taken part in many interesting projects including two of her short films 'Body of Water' and 'This is Goodbye'. She is now focusing on her coming-of-age comedy/drama series, Selves, coming out summer 2025.
